Most platforms are built first and explained later. Packless is taking a different approach.
We want to understand what people actually need before final decisions are locked in. We currently have a locally hosted prototype that helps communicate the concept - but it isn’t treated as the finished answer.
We would rather listen now than apologize later for building the wrong thing.
